Virtual Private Networking

A lower cost option is to establish a Virtual Private Network (VPN) between two or more sites via the Internet.  Traffic between sites is highly encrypted to prevent eavesdropping or modification.  This type of service, however, is dependent upon lower cost and potentially less reliable internet provision.
