SUPPORT PLANS

The Call by Call plan offers support from 8.30am to 17.00pm for both telephone & on-site technical issues on an ad-hoc ‘Call by Call’ basis.

Alternatively choose from one of the plans below that have been created with you and your business in mind. Prices shown are ‘from…’ and each package and cost will be tailored to your business needs and requirements.

Platinum Plan

  • Monitor server status including AV definitions, services, events, disk space
  • Maximum up-time in mission-critical situations
  • Hardware cover for hardware and infrastructure on site
  • Remote support and checks that the server services and backups are running correctly
  • This plan offers a combination of the Bronze and Gold Plans and:
  • Installation of firewall updates as applicable
  • Check of performance of UPS batteries

Gold Plan

£75*

  • Dedicated account manager
  • Ensure maximum up-time
  • Telephone and Remote support on all equipment listed (including PC & Server OS)
  • Server hardware coverage, complete with monitoring, updates and reporting*
  • Cabling up to wall box and patch panel
  • Switches and Routers
  • Replacement parts*
  • Guaranteed 24 hour response time

Silver Plan

£50*

  • Helping you to achieve maximum up-time
  • Guaranteed 8 hour response time
  • Remote support and checks that the server services and backups are running correctly
  • Telephone/Remote Support
  • 6 monthly site meetings
  • Setup of network users as required
  • Email connectivity, Internet connectivity and VPN connectivity*
